OnboardingOption doesn't conceal content when Tracing and Profiling are enabled

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the React Router Framework quick start guide https://docs.sentry.io/platforms/javascript/guides/react-router/manual-setup/
2. scroll down to "Verify Your Setup" > "Issues"
3. Enable the onboarding option "Tracing"
4. Enable the onboarding option "Profiling"

Expected Result

When tracing and profiling are enabled, content set to be hidden when tracing is enabled remains concealed.

Actual Result

• Enabling Tracing hides the sentence highlighted in yellow -> right
• Enabling Profiling displays the sentence highlighted in yellow again (see screenshot) -> wrong
