Investigate in memory leak within console integrations on Cloudflare

Description

While investigating in JS-1785 there was a memory leak detected in the console integrations.

When running JPeer264/temp-cloudflare-leak and disable the default integrations the memory leak is gone (leading to the console integration that causes the leak.

I believe the fetch integration has the same issue.

@JPeer264 - I may have a fix for this particular pair of memory leaks soon. I can send a PR.

However, just FYI - I started an attempt to use @sentry/cloudflare on an internal project at Cloudflare which is under high load, and even with both of those integrations disabled, and the latest 0.48.0 release, I got too many "Durable Object's isolate exceeded its memory limit and was reset." errors from the Cloudflare Workers runtime, and I had to revert. I will continue investigating, with the hope of being able to find the root cause and fix.
