Size Analysis for JS SDK

Problem Statement

Sentry recently released Size Analysis for mobile applications. Bundle sizes are also important for web applications(we have a history of requests regarding our own bundle size). Bringing the advantages of Size Analysis to the web ecosystem will benefit lots of Sentry users.

Implement the feature for frontend SDKs.

I think this would be a new feature we'd need to scope out carefully. As in:

• what's the value we provide (e.g can we do more than CodeCovs attempt with bundle size monitoring)
• can we provide the same actionability as mobile app size analysis
• especially with keeping in mind that most bundles are minified and we need source maps to reconstruct e.g. dependency usage
• etc

I don't think tracking this as an issue for now is the best way, so I'll convert this to a GH discussion. But I'd like to monitor it and see how many upvotes/reactions this receives. Furthermore, if anyone has concrete suggestions, please comment!
