model selection empty when resuming a session

Describe the bug

When resuming a previous session session I can no longer select the models available to me. new sessions work fine. All available models show in the block list.

Affected version

GitHub Copilot CLI 1.0.64

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Start copilot
2. resume a previous session
3. use /model
4. /new start a new session
5. /model

Expected behavior

Should be able to select a model in previous sessions.

This has been fixed. Resuming a session no longer collapses the /model picker to only "Auto" - you'll be able to select any available model on resumed sessions, just like new ones. The fix landed after v1.0.64, so it will be available in a release after that. If you still see this on a later version, please comment and we'll take another look.
