When attached to a remote Copilot CLI session from the GitHub mobile app, there is no way to upload a file or an image into the session. The phone has a camera and a file picker; the remote session has no UI to invoke either.
Expected
The mobile remote-session input should have an attach/upload affordance (matching the desktop attachment flow) that lets the user:
- Pick a file from the phone's file picker
- Take or pick a photo from the camera roll
- Drop the attachment into the session so the agent receives it the same way a desktop attachment is delivered
