Request: A single tab in a certain area does not display at the bottom.

The TabAtBottom setting appears to be global. However, when a dock area contains only a single tab, displaying it at the bottom looks visually awkward. I would like the bottom tab bar to be shown only when there are two or more tabs in the area.
