Onboarding Error on Windows

While following local setup instructions on Windows, I encountered:

ERROR Alias "/blog/2018/*" contains invalid characters on Windows. This appears related to Windows filename restrictions on *.

I was able to continue by removing/commenting out the alias.

I think a short troubleshooting note for Windows users might help onboarding.

I can confirm the issue. This is a duplicate of #431 and is addressed by my PR #432.
