Sonic Generations does not save changes made to mod settings

Whenever I try to change settings for specific sonic generations mods, they always revert back to the base settings. For example If i attempted to change Better FX Pipeline and D3D 11 settings they wont save but remastered GUI and Classic Sonic will save the changes made to the mods settings. Furthermore unleashed recompiled always saves changes made to mod settings. Here are my computers specs Operating System: Bazzite 43

The current release version is very old, have you checked using the latest Actions build from the Actions tab? I believe this is an issue that has already been fixed.
