Add More language SDKS

I've done some experimental api's with javascript and .net and they both worked. We should be able to add those here so you can use hyperlight-sandbox from other languages.

Currently, I work on an experiment to use GitHub Copilot C#/.NET SDK to build the MCP server which will dynamically load the REST API, then convert it to MCP tools, in that way we can save a lot of tokens when using with AI agent. With this approach we need using codemode or Programmatic Tool Calling combine to some kind of sandbox. I have support 2 kind of sandboxes right now: Local (for dev), and OpenSandbox by Alibaba (because they have a SDK for C#/.NET at https://github.com/alibaba/OpenSandbox/tree/main/sdks/sandbox/csharp)

Then I came over this repo and found out it very interesting to use WASM as an sandbox, but only one problem it couldn't support .NET/C# option
