Moving this feature forward

I'd love to be able to use this feature with MobX's @observer decorator for functional React components.

Is this feature still actively being worked on? What's the process for moving this forward into @tc39?

If I remember correctly a TC39 committee member needs to champion it and add it to to a TC39 agenda. Once that is done the proposal will be counted as stage 0 proposal and can be added to Babel.

I want to get through the class/method/field decorators proposal first, before championing this follow-on proposal, personally. Class decorators are at Stage 2. If another TC39 delegate wants to champion this proposal, I'd welcome that and am available for mentorship if wanted.
