Installed Flatpak application that has been marked as EOL is unable to be uninstalled using the `Software Manager`

1. The Plots application had been installed on Linux Mint Debian Edition (LMDE) 7 before being marked EOL.
2. The Plots application has been marked EOL.
3. The Software Manager does not show the Plots application.
4. The Plots application is unable to be removed from LMDE 7 using the Software Manager.
