Slash command auto-complete not triggering

What Happened?

I should be able to type "/tem" and get the auto-complete to suggest the "template" command. Instead, nothing appears. Typing a "/tem" then deleting "tem" and then re-typing it does seem to work however. (Typing /+ any letter and deleting that letter works.)
