Task status and custom icons missing from "Scheduled"

What Happened?

The task status icons and custom icons are consistently missing from "Scheduled" until I click on one of the items and refrsh.

Reproduce the Bug

No action necessary to reproduce the bug. Been like this for a while, but I haven't reported it till now.

Expected Behavior

Task icons and custom icons should always show.
