Have a default query for my PRs from Copilot

We want to see the PRs that Copilot has created for the current user.

There isn't a way to make this a default setting value and only show it for users who have copilot. Two options:

• We show it for everyone, and users can remove it from their settings if they want.
• At runtime, if the user has not configured the queries setting we add in the extra query. This has the down side of not showing in settings if the user configures the value themselves.
