Steps to Reproduce:

Noted as part of microsoft/vscode#265402 (comment):

  • Kick off a couple coding agent sessions
  • They start finishing
  • ❓ It feels like the count doesn't match between GHPR and other entry points. Interestingly in screenshot below, I think the main issue is that GHPR says 2 in progress, whereas the real state is that 1 is in progress and 1 is ready for review / action (and it already completed, so it's no longer in progress)

Since it is accurate that 2 sessions are in-flight in some way, I think if the wording reflected something like 1 in progress, 1 ready for review, that might've helped (though I recognize that's verbose).
