Make it possible to configure visibility of the "Run Python File" button for .pyi files only

I find it annoying to have the button present even in type stubs when they should not, and most likely cannot, be run, and therefore would like it hidden. However, I would like to preserve it in .py files, where it does help, and I know of no way to configure this.
