Update rmcp to latest reqwest (0.13.x)

Hi maintainers,

I’d like to ask if there’s an ETA for updating rmcp to the latest `reqwest` in #607. We'd move from `native-tls` to `rustls` with 0.13.x which is great!

I'm happy to help make the adjustments in code to get tests passing in the PR if useful.
