Can't Withdraw Google Play IN gift cards

• I checked the existing issues for duplicate problems
• I have tried resolving the issue using the support portal

Describe the bug

I Used to withdraw from my account using the Google Play IN gift card option, and i have made withdraws as low as $0.13. but now it says it needs more than $10 and when i type my amount it just says $0.01. its been almost a month since it happened and i haven't been able to withdraw any money.

Steps to reproduce

1.Go on https://modrinth.com/dashboard/revenue and hit withdraw.
2.Select Region India and GIft Card and hit next
3.Select the Google Play IN in the select gift card box
4.Enter any amount
5.agree to the Rewards Program Terms
5.unable to withdraw due to the amount being less than $10(previously not an issue).

Expected behavior

1.Go on https://modrinth.com/dashboard/revenue and hit withdraw.
2.Select Region India and GIft Card and hit next
3.Select the Google Play IN in the select gift card box
4.Enter any amount
5.agree to the Rewards Program Terms
6.click Withdraw and go through the normal process

Additional context

before this happened there was a problem where the enter amount box just didnt appear but it fixed itself in 2 days wait.

have tried on my mobile with chrome and brave browser, same result.
