Colt maintenance notifications may include lumen format due to 2023 EMEA sale

Environment

• Python version: 3.12
• circuit_maintenance_parser version: latest

Expected Behavior

Colt notification emails may include the lumen format
When Colt acquired Lumen EMEA assets, they co-tenanted AS3356 and notification emails of circuits on that network will come from Colt.net but in the Lumen format

Observed Behavior

Colt email parser only does Colt specific circuits and doesn’t take into account of the multiple formats it can handle due to acquisitions

Steps to Reproduce

1. Lumen html notification emails but coming from Colt.net

Not sure if you expect users to specify the logic parser, or if a provider could be extended to use additional parsers
