It might be helpful to have a dedicated, visible page guiding how to consume prerelease artifacts from MyGet. It's currently already documented in at least two other places, but they're more "hidden" in different ways.
The Framework README is next to our source code and may not be as visible to people who just want to consume an already-fixed bug, and the info on the NUnit 4 migration page could easily be missed by people not actively going through the migration process. We could, of course, make references in each of those places to a dedicated page if one existed.
