Feature request, achivements items should update LTI grade

If a student uses an achievement item to increase the grade of a set, it should update the LTI grade at that time if it is configured to update student grades after each submit (And the other threshold settings are met).

Also on the remove/extend reduced scoring achievements. This should probably be updated to update all grades that were reduced before the item was used. In most cases students could just submit again, but this is an extra step for them. Only possible case would be in the case that the number of submits are used up. In this case we would have to decide if we should update the grade anyways, or not (I would say update anyways, but could see the other view point too).
