Feature suggestions to improve the functionality and visual design this extension

Background: Using Xenforo for years, and loving the functionality the prefixes provide on my forum, as well as the fact that they can be customized to look good on any theme.

phpBB: Basic functionality is there, but there are several core elements I am missing to bring it to a more modern visual approach:

1. The prefixes can be colored. Various colors would be provided in the ACP. This is also something style designers can easily adjust, to make the prefixes fit to the design of the style.
2. The prefixes are properly separated from the topic title.
3. You can provide custom CSS as well, for example to provide your own colors/design of the prefixes, or maybe to show a FA 5 icon.

This would also look VERY good on the official phpBB forum, for the style/extension forum, just a hint here ;)

I wouldn't go as far as doing prefix filtering, but I think the visual change wouldn't be that complicated. Would be adding a column to the prefixes table and then using that to add some color to the tags. I'll probably pick this up as a distraction.
