[Feature]: Usage tracker for AI model quotas (similar to Claude Code / Codex / Kimi status bars)

Hi team,

I'd love to see a small usage indicator/status bar in T3 Code that shows how much of each AI model's quota I've used, similar to what
tools like Claude Code, Codex, Grok, and Kimi already display.

Something like:

• Percentage used per model (e.g. "37% used, resets in 2h 33m")
• Time until quota reset
• A quick visual indicator (icon/color) per provider
• Ideally shown persistently in a status bar or header, so I don't have to guess when I'm close to hitting a limit

This would make it much easier to plan usage across models and avoid unexpectedly running out of quota mid-task.

Would this be something the team could consider adding? Happy to provide more details if useful.
