[Bug]: Right bar tabs not accounting for macOS traffic light when main bar collapse + right bar maximized

Steps to reproduce

1. collapse main bar
2. open right bar and create at least 2 tabs (diff view + file view)
3. expend right bar by clicking "Maximize panel"

Expected behavior

when main bar is collapsed and right bar is maximized, the right bar tabs should account for macOS's traffic light buttons

Actual behavior

when main bar is collapsed and right bar is maximized, right bar tabs are not accounting for macOS's traffic light buttons, thus making the first tab very hard to click on
