Comments field improvements for logged in users

Basically I would like to see everything from this PR (ryancramerdesign/ProcessWire#954) incorporated please

Why would the enhancement be useful to users?

I think it's a real shame that the current behavior requires logged in users to still add their name, email address etc when posting a comment.
