Issue shows stale data #44
Description
I received two emails regarding a wixtoolset bug. When I clicked on the link the issue didn't show the state changes and comments described in the email. The emailed comments was that it "works for me". I added a comment saying that I retested and it still didn't work and suddenly the missing data appeared.
