[FR] Trigger Sync for a repo via the more options buttion on the /repos page

Feature request to add the ability to trigger a sync for a repo from the ... action button on the /repos screen.

When testing config changes, instead of having to click through a bunch of repos to trigger a sync, it would be useful to have the option to trigger a sync directly from the /repos screen.
