This usually happens due to file permission or process locking issues.

You can try the following steps:

1. Run your terminal as administrator (if you're on Windows)
2. Delete the .next folder:
   rm -rf .next (or delete manually on Windows)
3. Reinstall dependencies:
   npm install
4. Start again:
   npm run dev

Also make sure:

• Your Node.js version is >= 18
• No other process (like another dev server) is locking files in your project

If it still fails, try restarting your system to release locked files.
