Debugging method for failed installation via https://vite.plus bash script

Hello, thank you for your feedback. Could you please help execute the debug script? Let's see which line of command causes the output error.

Hi @fengmk2, here's my debug output from bash -ex install.sh.

Environment:

• OS: macOS Darwin 24.6.0
• Arch: arm64 (Apple Silicon)
• Node: v25.8.0
• Shell: zsh

Result: Script exits with code 1 at the final step: vp install --silent

Everything up to that point succeeds (platform detection, metadata fetch, binary download, extraction). The failure happens when the freshly installed vp binary tries to install dependencies.

Note: running ~/.vite-plus/0.1.11/bin/vp install (without --silent) afterward succeeds with "Already up to date", suggesting deps may have partially installed but the exit code was non-zero.

I think @kazupon has already fixed this bug in #834

@hckhanh can you help us to test it? running the new install script:
