However, this is not an issue with qBittorrent, as I explained in my previous reply. In short, the CI is using an outdated desktop-file-validate version.

1. The CI is running appdir-lint.sh, which in turn invokes desktop-file-validate, which comes from the desktop-file-utils package and is fetched at:
