Updating this public Azure/Security-Copilot repo to reference the latest Tanium Plugin's Manifest and README which were added to the private repo at https://github.com/microsoft/security-copilot/pull/386.
This also includes image URL updates as seen in #129. We can close that PR after this one is merged.
