Comprehensive guide covering:

• Getting started (setup script)

Setup Script (scripts/setup-ai-orchestrator.ps1)

One-command setup for new developers:

• Checks VS Code version (>= 1.109) and Copilot extension
• Installs Node.js, GitHub CLI if missing
• Discovers and configures GitHub accounts (public + EMU)
• Checks Azure CLI for PBI status refresh
• Clones design-docs repo if needed
• Builds and installs the VS Code extension
• Creates state directory
