Adds the Macedonian (mk) localization for the LLM/Agent quickstart guide (sdks/python-cli/examples/agent_quickstart.mk.md) and updates the examples index.

This guide provides Macedonian language instructions and prompts for AI agents interacting with omi-cli, maintaining complete structural and code parity with the canonical English agent_quickstart.md.
