docs(python-cli): add Maithili (mai) AI agent quickstart guide (#15454)

Summary

Added the Maithili (mai) localization for the LLM/Agent quickstart guide in sdks/python-cli/examples/agent_quickstart.mai.md.

Scope of Work

• Complete Maithili translation of agent_quickstart.md for agent-driven workflows with omi-cli.
• Preserved identical code blocks, command arguments, and structural headers.

Fixes #15454

Closing (not merging). Extra production plugins/omi-clickup-app/main.py (EOF newline, same as #15405) plus a copied agent_quickstart.eo.md. Not unique-i18n. Keep #15405.
