Move resolveTransferHookAccounts / resolvePermissionlessThaw (and their helpers) out of the Sol class into lib/token2022Resolve.ts as standalone functions taking an injectable Connection, so callers that are not a sdk-coin-sol Sol instance (e.g. wallet-platform, which reads chain state via its own RPC) can drive them. buildSolAccountConnection adapts any address->account fetcher into the shape the spl-token helpers need. Sol's methods remain as thin, behavior-identical wrappers over the coin's own node transport; the resolver API is re-exported from the package index. No behavior change.
