@linsui thanks for pointing this out, and apologies for the delayed response!

Confirmed, the F-Droid source-build recipe currently patches prepare_gdk_clang.sh to install setuptools, while the upstream script does not include it. We’ll update the app’s source-build helper so downstream builders no longer need this patch.
