Add Navbar on contact page also add links in navbar of Login and Register page #87

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The contact page doesn't consist of navbar so I would like to add it, also the Login and Register page only consists links or icons of Home page and not of other pages so I would also like to add it.
