What does this PR do? What is the motivation?
Adds Cursor as a new provider in the SaaS Cost Integrations setup page. Changes include:
billing_group,charge_type,hour,is_headless,max_mode,user)all_accounts.pngalt text to include CursorNote: Tag descriptions in the Data Collected table are placeholder ("No description") and should be filled in before merge.
