Summary

Pins prof-python-3.15 from python:3.15.0b1 to python:3.15.0rc1 in docker_helpers_test.go.

Landing order (not a GitHub stack)

DataDog/images#11356 merged (8f84bcee). This pin is Docker Hub python:3.15.0rc1 — it does not wait on the dd-trace-py IMAGE_TAG bump (#19936, draft). Independent repo; still draft.

Why

CPython added a PyThreadState member between b1 and rc1 (python/cpython#151614). 11356 rebuilt wheel-builder FROMs onto 2026.08.04-1 (rc1); this pin matches the scenario interpreter to that ABI.

Risks

Until #19936 lands, a b1-built cp315 wheel installed into this rc1 interpreter can still crash. This PR does not change wheel-builder images.

Testing

Existing docker_helpers_test.go pin tests. 3.15 is not a supported dd-trace-py target (requires-python still <3.15).

The 3.15 wheel test image tracked python:3.15.0b1 to match the CPython that
dd-trace-py's manylinux2014 build images shipped. CPython moved members into
PyThreadState between 3.15.0b1 and 3.15.0rc1 (python/cpython#151614), so a
cp315 wheel and the interpreter that loads it have to agree on which side of
that change they are.

DataDog/images is moving the mirrored pypa images to 2026.08.04-1, which ships
3.15.0rc1, so dd-trace-py's cp315 wheels become rc1-ABI. This pin has to move
with them: land it together with the dd-trace-py image-tag bump, not before.
