This PR updates the GitHub Actions “PR Filter Stubs” workflow used for PRs that touch apps/**/*.md, removing the “Changes Segregation Check” gate so the workflow no longer fails PRs that combine apps/**/*.md edits with other file changes.
Changes:
- Removed the
changesSegregationjob (checkout +DevExpress/github-actions/pr-filter+ fail step). - Removed all
needs: [ changesSegregation ]dependencies from the stub jobs.
