Classify artifact-only dirty worktrees

Summary

• Classifies worktree cleanup dirt caused only by declared/generated artifact paths as artifact_only_dirty_worktree instead of generic dirty_worktree.
• Exposes the artifact-only count in cleanup summaries and points operators to the artifact cleanup lane while keeping mixed source edits protected.
• Adds smoke coverage for artifact-only build/ dirt and mixed artifact/source dirt.

Closes #539.
