Overview
Updates the Exclude scans section in
code-review/config.mdxto match current bot and skip-check behavior. The intro now states that excluded matches still record a skipped check with no seat use, and that on GitHub, excluded bot PRs do not get a skip comment (the previous wording about a comment naming the rule was removed).
A new Note explains when GitHub bot PRs are auto-reviewed (same-repo source branch only), that fork bots and outside human contributors are not auto-scanned, how GitLab/Bitbucket bots relate to normal coverage and seats, that eligible bots can consume a Code Review seat when auto-assignment is on, and how to opt out via
exclude.authors.Reviewed by Cursor Bugbot for commit f559bef. Bugbot is set up for automated code reviews on this repo. Configure here.
