Adds documentation for the "Bring Your Own Domain" feature in Harper Fabric. Covers the full workflow: adding a domain, configuring TXT and CNAME DNS records, validating ownership, and binding the domain to a cluster. Written to match the existing Fabric docs style and conventions.
