v0.9.1 release integration and credit reconciliation

This is the final changelog/credit lane for the v0.9.1 freeze. It is based on
current main after the accepted late code lanes and does not authorize public
release publication.

Landed release lanes

• fix(auto): honor cost_saving in inventory routing #4486 merged as 7d64a3c87b0f086c30492009557624909989d707:
  provider-safe Auto cost_saving behavior; v0.9.2: Make Auto fast-tier routing observable and wire or remove cost_saving #4405 remains open for diagnostics
  and route-reason receipts.
• fix(tui): target the terminal client clipboard over SSH #4484 merged as 2f7a70dc116e775599b2c6653ace0cccec106292:
  truthful SSH terminal clipboard routing, stock tmux load-buffer -w,
  bracketed paste, graphical-forwarding boundaries, localized help, and real
  attached-client PTY coverage.
• fix(tui): isolate prior-session work receipts #4488 merged as c75ad62b1eb5f4a0abf6eff4b9fbf7d346992285:
  release-safe filtering of prior-session Work receipts; Isolate stale failed-agent state between CodeWhale sessions in the same workspace #4416 remains open for
  durable owner/lease identity and sibling-manager reconciliation.
• WIP: skill readiness probes (readiness trait, MockProbe, doctor --json) #4469 remains open for @CCChisato and is deferred to v0.9.3 pending the
  requested narrowing, readiness-state tests, DCO, and normal CI.

OpenHarmony contract and credit

The changelog now records #4470's actual aarch64-unknown-linux-ohos contract:
QuickJS bindgen through the native SDK libclang/sysroot, target/sysroot linker
arguments, and exclusion of unsupported persistent PTY dependencies while
retaining non-PTY exec_shell. Credit is preserved for @shenjackyuanjie's
landed implementation and @shenyongqing's original #4384 bindgen approach.

Release-note and contributor reconciliation

• records the late Kimi K3, diagnostics, Windows isolation, Auto routing, SSH
  clipboard, restart-recovery, Solarized, OHOS, and community tool fixes
• preserves @Angel-Hair, @dmitri-0, @SparkofSpike, @nightt5879,
  @AiurArtanis, @shenjackyuanjie, and @shenyongqing credit across the canonical
  changelog, contributor ledger, author map, allowlist, and website snapshot
• keeps CHANGELOG.md and crates/tui/CHANGELOG.md generated copy synchronized

No v0.9.1 tag, GitHub Release, crate, npm package, advisory, deployment, DNS
change, billing action, or customer communication has been published. Public
tag/registry/release publication remains blocked on Hunter's final explicit
authorization after the exact final SHA and release packet are posted.
