This PR adds comprehensive documentation to the VitePress site including:

• Roadmap page organized by GitHub Initiatives
• Business Value page with 12 ROI-focused use cases
• Partner Integrations section with 8 integration guides

Next Steps

After this PR merges, suggested follow-ups:
