--omit-idtoacipolicygenin the Azure (CC) and AKS artifact-prep scripts → drops theidfield.IMAGE_NAMEenv var from the Azuretemplate.json→ drops theIMAGE_NAMEenv rule.idandIMAGE_NAMEare registry-dependent metadata; the dm-veritylayersremain the cryptographic image identity, so a mirrored byte-identical image produces the same enclave ID and attests against the same registration. Security unchanged.
