Rewrites the spec prose that sentences 0.5.1 flags (repeated openings, conjunction openers, epistrophe, comma series, colon nameplates, two em dashes) and drops every spec/ entry from scripts/docs-sentences-baseline.json.

Normative text keeps its meaning: rule identifiers, defined terms and MUST/SHOULD conditions are unchanged. Sentences are reordered or merged. Three inline enumerations became tables (the spec README index, grammar.md's explicitly-outside list, taint.md's adversarial files) along with two short ones in hosts.md and rationale.md. spec/voice.test.ts still passes.

Baseline: 191 -> 84 gated findings; spec/ goes from 107 to 0.

Checked locally: npm run lint:prose, npm run typecheck, npm test (142 passed, 16 skipped).

…baseline entries

The 107 baselined findings in spec/*.md are gone: repeated openings,
conjunction openers, epistrophe, comma series, colon nameplates and two
em dashes. Sentences are reordered or merged; rule identifiers, defined
terms and MUST/SHOULD conditions are unchanged. Three inline lists became
tables. The spec baseline is now empty (191 -> 84 overall).
