A couple of minor nits. In overall, LGTM,

Comment thread .github/workflows/bump-sycl-deps.yml Resolved
Cache key hashed a path outside the workspace, so it never changed.
Reject '..' in the llvm-ref input and check the resolved sha is 40 hex.

What changed in this PR

Adds weekly dependency-update automation for the open-source LLVM SYCL build, moving the CPU OpenCL runtime and oneTBB pins into a shared file.

Changes:

  • Adds a scheduled and manually triggered workflow that validates upstream dependency metadata and opens pin-update pull requests.
  • Updates the build workflow to load shared pins, key its cache by their contents, and refresh dependencies independently of the compiler nightly.
  • Enables manual build runs to validate bot-created pull requests, which do not automatically trigger CI.
File Description
.github/workflows/os-llvm-sycl-build.yml Loads shared pins, updates dependency caching and fetching, and enables manual runs.
.github/workflows/bump-sycl-deps.yml Adds weekly upstream dependency checks and automated pin-update pull requests.
.github/sycl-build-deps.env Centralizes the existing CPU OpenCL runtime and oneTBB dependency pins.
