Gets the voice system into everyday drafting:

  • ce:write Step 2 / ce:prose-review Step 3: resolve the guide from the rotunda MCP voice_guide tool first, refreshing the local cache file; project override and stale cache remain as fallbacks. Cross-platform phrasing with explicit no-connection fallbacks throughout.
  • draft stage: infer the register band, pull voice_exemplars(register) pairs, write like the author side; self-gate with voice_lint (pass/borderline hands off, fail restructures once). Removed the stage's own restated voice rules — several contradicted the current guide (manufactured clinchers, em-dash sharpener) and duplicating rules into the skill is exactly the drift the service ends.
  • ce:prose-review: stylometric pre-pass before the panel; new "Stylometric gate" section in the output — a lint fail blocks ship even when the panel is clean, since the measured failure mode of model drafts is architecture the panel misses.

No version bumps (release automation owns them).

…da voice service

The canonical guide now comes from the rotunda MCP voice_guide tool (local
files demoted to cache/fallback), the draft stage injects per-register
voice_exemplars pairs and gates on voice_lint, and prose-review adds a
stylometric pre-pass whose fail blocks ship even when the panel is clean.
The draft stage also stops restating guide rules that the compounding guide
has since overturned — the fetched guide is the sole source of voice rules.
