• complete the cross-repository workset, bridge, traversal, topology, query expansion, and Context Brief rollout
• add a dedicated Manager Worksets tab with authenticated full CRUD, optimistic manifest revisions, background prepare jobs, query continuation, path, impact, topology, and Context Brief controls
• harden the Workset catalog with bounded storage admission, token-fenced staging, physically paged reclamation, exact publication retirement, page-size recovery, and continuation-safe compaction
• fix retired repository snapshot amplification by making pre-build cleanup synchronous and backpressured
